Daniel Fast 2018 Week 3 Meal PlanDaniel Fast 2018 Week 3 is here and there are so many takeaways from this year Fast. I am realizing that doing a fast does not mean that the world stops to wait for you to be done because everything that could come to disrupt that time set apart for God manifested itself. At first, I was very frustrated but then I realized since the point of the whole fast was to build discipline and focus, I guess I needed some resistance.

Daniel Fast 2018 Week 3 is my way to finish strong and the WELLthy Inspirations have helped me in so many ways to stay the course. Hubby has been instrumental in starting them and I am truly thankful. I know without a doubt that each day, I will get the opportunity to reflect on what to pray about, remember with His word, rejoice with a song and be revived with a sound teaching.

Daniel Fast 2018 Week 3 Meal Plan is up now and consists of a mixture of Daniel Fast 2018 Week 1 and Week 2 Meal Plans. Cooking enough for two days has helped me some days and I have included some new ones like the delicious white bean hummus that took so little time to make. It tasted so good that I had to share the recipe.


  • 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans
  • 2 tsps lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground garam masala
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tahini paste
  • LadyNOD GPS (Garlic powder, black Pepper, sea Salt)
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 fire roasted peppers, processed with some extra olive oil

Put the beans into the bowl of a food processor. Add the lemon juice, garam masala, garlic, tahini paste, and LadyNOD GPS, to taste. Turn the processor on and slowly pour in the olive oil. Process until smooth and thick. I decided to top the white bean hummus with the fire roasted peppers oil mixture and black olives for extra flavor.

We enjoy it with some Trader Joe’s Quinoa and Black Bean Tortilla Chips and some veggies. The white bean hummus made for the perfect lunch or snack.
