When I attended WOW Summit last year, I started making plans to attend the next one so I am beyond excited to announce that WOW Summit 2017 is taking place this year at the beautiful Eaglewood Resort and Spa in Itasca, Illinois. The WOW Summit is hosted and organized by Moms Meet, a community that connects and empowers moms who are interested in raising healthier families, through online events, educational content, product sampling opportunities, and more.
I came across the Moms Meet community when I was looking for like-minded moms in my healthy whole lifestyle journey. The Moms Meet community helps moms (and also dads, grandparents, and other caretakers) come together to share information, product reviews, resources, and inspiration to raise happy, healthy families. I feel motivated navigating my healthy whole lifestyle with the Moms Meet community alongside me.
The WOW Summit is a powerful, two-day event (October 13-14) at Eaglewood Resort and Spa in Ithasca, Illinois, filled with inspiration and education. At the WOW Summit, I gained guidance and support from like-minded moms and mom bloggers. As a new blogger last year, I gained valuable tips, tools, and resources from the speakers and various workshops catered to moms and mom bloggers. The best part of the whole WOW Summit was the opportunity to network with brands, bond with other bloggers, and enjoy a weekend away with my family.
It was wonderful connecting with other moms on a similar journey. I discovered amazing new products in the Exhibit Hall. I attended educational workshops and felt so inspired knowing that I was not alone in this healthy whole journey.
This year WOW Summit 2017 is better than ever and the schedule is packed with so many opportunities to learn and grow as a mom and mom blogger that I can’t wait to get there.
You can get a look at the various speakers throughout the weekend like keynote speaker, Tina Meier, who will be sharing on Saturday about Bullying and Cyberbullying. On October 16, 2006, Tina Meier’s life took a devastating turn when her 13 year old daughter, Megan Taylor Meier, took her own life after being cyberbullied by an adult neighbor posing as a fictitious boy named “Josh Evans” on MySpace. In December of 2007, Tina Meier founded the Megan Meier Foundation, a non-profit organization that proactively addresses issues of bullying, cyberbullying, and suicide in today’s world.
